Terms and Conditions

Bon Voyage Book Box Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 1, 2024

 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.bonvoyagebookbox.com, and the purchase of our travel book boxes—both subscriptions and one-time purchases. By accessing our Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Overview

Bon Voyage Book Box provides curated travel-themed book boxes, available by subscription or as individual boxes. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation customers, browsers, and contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

To use our Site and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Offerings

We offer:

  • Subscription Boxes – Recurring shipments every other month. 

  • One-Time Purchase Boxes – Non-subscription purchases.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your selected product(s).

 

Payments via Link by Stripe

We use Stripe as our payment processor, and offer Link by Stripe as a payment option during checkout.

By choosing to pay with Link, you authorize Stripe to securely store and encrypt your payment information and to use that information for faster checkout across any merchant that supports Link. Link is a service provided and managed by Stripe, and its use is subject to Stripe’s Link Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Link is operated solely by Stripe, not Bon Voyage Book Box.

  • We do not have access to or store your full payment information.

  • Any issues with your Link account, including saved payment methods, should be directed to Stripe’s support.

Use of Link is optional, and customers may always choose to check out as a guest using other available payment methods.

5. Subscription Terms

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Be charged automatically for your first box at checkout

  • Be charged automatically on the 1st of the month in which a box is shipped (January, March, May, July, September, November). 

  • Maintain an active and valid payment method on file.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in advance of your renewal date. You may skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@bonvoyagebookbox.com.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are disclosed during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our curated boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@bonvoyagebookbox.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations after a renewal will take effect in the following billing cycle, and you will still receive any boxes already paid for.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product names—is the property of Bon Voyage Book Box and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bon Voyage Book Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
